Free Trial Subscription: Avoid an Automatic Subscription

Hi PicCollage Community!

To avoid an automatic subscription, please cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends. Please refer to the cancellation steps below.

 

To cancel your Free Trial through the PicCollage app, please:

  • Open the PicCollage app
  • Tap the PicCollage VIP banner on the top of the home page
  • Tap Help Me Get There > at the bottom
  • Tap Start and fill out the survey
  • After finishing the survey, tap x on the upper left corner
  • Tap on the PicCollage subscription if needed
  • Tap Cancel Subscription/Free Trial (If you don’t see Cancel Subscription and an expiration date is shown instead, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.)

Important notes for free trial management and cancellation:

  • If PicCollage is not listed under your subscriptions, you are using the free version and have not activated a free trial.
  • If PicCollage is listed under active subscriptions, tap the "Cancel Subscription/Free Trial" option.
  • If the "Cancel Subscription" option is not available, please know that your free trial has been cancelled. An"Expires [date]" will be listed with renewal options below.

 

If your Free Trial has already converted to an Annual Subscription and you would like a refund, please first cancel your subscription. As for the refund, please note the following:

 

Apple:

Please know that a refund must be requested directly through Apple, which you can apply through here: Request a refund for apps from Apple.

 

Android:

  • If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, please request a refund directly through Google Play.
  • If you are requesting a refund within 15 days of your purchase, a request can be sent directly to our team with the information below:
    • Order number associated with the subscription. This number begins with GPA. and can be found on the receipt issued by Google Play or through your purchase history here: Google Play purchase history.
    • Reason for the refund request.
