How to Cancel a VIP Subscription and Request a Refund

To cancel your VIP subscription, please follow the instructions here:

• Open the PicCollage app
• Tap the PicCollage VIP banner on the top of the home page
• Scroll down and tap Help Me Get There > at the bottom
• Tap Start and fill out the survey
• After finishing the survey, tap x on the upper left corner
• Tap on the PicCollage subscription if need
• Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel Subscription and an expiration date is shown instead, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.)
